We experienced some backup at our facility. Adam and the crew showed up and made quick work of the clean-up. Through out this process Adam made sure I was always updated. His customer service was top notch. Thank you to him, his crew and SERVPRO for the great work they did!
I called SERVPRO in the afternoon after realizing a pipe had burst and he was out to assess the situation the same day. Realizing I had wet walls, ceiling and carpet, he called his crew to come over that evening and set up fans, dehumidifiers and remove sheetrock as needed to speed up the drying process and prevent further damage. They came back in the morning for further removal of sheetrock sections and back again 2 days later to measure moisture- resulting in removal of all drying equipment. He is having a crew come back in the morning to clean any dust particles left behind. They will follow through with a contracter to repair damages and with my homeowners insurance. I have not had to lift a finger except to open the door. Very impressed.
Rory and his crew (he knows EVERYBODY) were fabulous! The timeline was SOOO fast and they did everything I needed done. Rory helped us out of a real bind, and I can't recommend enough his professionalism, attention to detail, communication, and friendly service. I trust that if I need help in the future... Rory and his team will be the only ones that I will call. These guys have completely earned my trust!
