In August 2025 SERVPRO finished more work on our house after a severe water leak. I'm nothing but pleased with their work. The star this time was Phil B., who coordinated the project. His oversight was phenomenal, and it was hard to believe how conscientious he was. He repeatedly went above and beyond expectations. In the end, we were very pleased with the results. If this were to happen again, I wouldn't even consider another company. Here is my earlier review for work before: All around fantastic service. They are quick, polite, and get the job done well. Wonderful to work with them after the flood in our house. Reece was fantastic.
We so appreciate your professionalism and flexibility in working around our schedule and getting this done quickly so we could get back to work. I will be recommending you at the next Chamber meetings for sure.
The smoke from a kitchen fire in the neighbor's condominium left an odor in mine that wouldn't go away. I asked the contractor doing the repairs there if they could get it out and it turns out they are specialists at it. SERVPRO is definitely the company to call for smoke cleaning or fire damage. I have not been able to detect even the slightest whiff of smoke odor since they cleaned my place.
I had significant water damage in two bathrooms at the same time and was totally overwhelmed with the insurance process and mess. One bathroom was totally destroyed and the mold stunk up the whole house. The guys came out to assess the situation the day the insurance company called them and got the fans placed the next day. I was totally overwhelmed with the mess, the drying process, etc., but the guys were great and made it so much easier. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I would call them in a heartbeat.

Responded to every question we had. They really helped us understand what was going on and what we could do ourselves if we wanted to. They were fabulous all the way through.
