In August 2025 SERVPRO finished more work on our house after a severe water leak. I'm nothing but pleased with their work. The star this time was Phil B., who coordinated the project. The smoke from a kitchen fire in the neighbor's condominium left an odor in mine that wouldn't go away. I asked the contractor doing the repairs there if they could get it out and it turns out they are specialists at it. SERVPRO is definitely the company to call for smoke cleaning or fire damage.
