SERVPRO of West Sterling Heights

Recently I had water damage to my laundry room, kitchen and basement ceiling due to a washing machine discharge hose coming loose from our wash tub. I called the SERVPRO Team of West Sterling Heights and within about an hour they were here with their crew to start the drying (mitigation) process. I've been nothing but impressed with how everything is being handled in terms of SERVPRO working with my homeowners insurance to handle this claim. Some of the guys I would like to mention (and I'm sure there were others) are Gavin Ascroft, Tyler Wagner, Austin Bedner, Jon Paul Gaffke on the mitigation team. I'm currently working with Robert Tapert on the reconstruction cost of the claim and he's been fantastic, keeping me updated on the cost of the reconstruction. I can't recommend these folks enough. They've been great. If I had to use one word to describe this team, it would be PROFESIONAL.

The technicians were punctual and worked efficiently throughout the project. They made a difficult situation much easier to manage.

The crew showed up with a truck full of equipment within 30 minutes of my call. They started to work drying the flooded rooms of my house immediately and continued until they were satisfied they were done. They left enough heavy duty drying fans and dehumidifiers to dry it all in five days. Great job!!!

Gavin and Carter were the absolute best and left our home so clean after the demo. Highly recommend !!

I cannot recommend Servpro enough! When my basement flooded, they were incredibly quick, responsive, and reasonable with their services. The team was so understanding and empathetic given the severity and stress of the situation. A huge special shout-out to Carter and Quentan—they were absolutely amazing. They went the extra mile to ensure everything was taken care of properly, handling the entire job professionally and with so much kindness. Carter & Quentin were great! very professional & hard workers my house flooded via broken water pipe Serve pro came out within a few hours and started clean up The guys definately deserve a raise in pay!

Gavin and Michael were amazing again today as they finished this project with an awesome job of carpet cleaning. knowledgeable great customer service. Special things to John, an amazing project manager in addition to Gavin and Michael!
