SERVPRO of St. Clair Shores

Im so glad I went with Servpro instead of the 1st company my insurance company suggested. The water damage involved 2 bathrooms & was much more work than I expected. Mike, Nik & Collin were great. Mike's knowledgeable about what needed to be done, put me right at ease. Especially when I found out they had to pretty much gut my upstairs bathroom & probably the lower one too. Nik & Collin are a great demo team. They are quick, & clean up well. I especially appreciated Nik's communication skills. I knew just what to expect step by step. I definitely would recommend using SERVPRO for any water incidents/ damage.

Great service and couldn't of asked for anyone any better the team was outstanding that was sent to my house, second to none in my book. Mike, Mitch, Nick, Hannah and Deven made this process for the interior of my insurance claim so much easier, I was lost in this process and they were so transparent, available and did great work for me also. They took over all the talking and handled problems with my insurance for me, they were always on time, there when they said they would be, cleaned up after themselves and overall the best customer service I've dealt with for a contractor .

This was a very troubling situation for me. My house was on fire, fire department and police outside with lights flashing. Inside the smell of smoke and the site of my house is shambles. My wife and I heart sank. With a call to ServPro and a meeting up with Mike for the first time, calmed our anxiety. Mike understood how we felt and was fully dedicated in keeping us assured things were going to be OK. The the crew showed up. Everyone greeted us each time we visited the site. Even though things were dirty, damaged and smelled, they took care of my removed items as if it was their own. They plased things in the garage in an organized way and not just thrown in. Now over 24 days later the clean up is done. Mike and his crew were so professional and polite. I hope this never happens again, but if it does, there will only be one call made, that's to ServPro. GREAT JOB . I have signed up with ServPro for the restoration phase, looking forward to the same professional work ethics and friendly crews.

Based on 2 days of water mitigation: The two workers (Nick and Colin) were extremely polite and efficient. They were respectful, very considerate, and conscientious. They worked in a very organized manner maintaining a safe and clean environment. I am super impressed with their professionalism and pleasant disposition. This is one of the companies referred to me by State Farm, and I can totally see why they were a trusted referral.

I was referred to this company by several insurance adjusters who told me they were among the best in the area, and they absolutely lived up to that reputation. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, organized, and meticulous in their work. They arrived the same day to assess my basement and spent the next three days handling the mitigation process. During what was a very stressful situation for my family, they made the entire experience much easier to manage.
