Wow! Josh with SERVPRO was extremely professional and courteous. He helped keep us calm during this stressful time as he took care of our flooded basement. He did a great job and now we can't even tell that the basement was wet!
This company is amazing to work with! Our basement flooded and I was a bit overwhelmed with the whole process. They made the process easy from the beginning and through the entirety of the job. They explained everything and addressed the concerns I had. They showed up on time, and if they were running even a few minutes late, they called to give me a heads up. I worked with Jenny, Bill, Missy and Josh, and honestly, they were all wonderful to work and communicate with. Overall, I am very happy with SERVPRO of St. Clair Shores and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
