We had a tub overflow causing significant water damage in multiple rooms and levels. I called Serve Pro SE Grand Rapids and they had someone at our home within 30 minutes to survey the situation and a crew there within an hour to minimize the damage and start the drying out process. They worked into the evening on a Friday night and checked in daily to measure progress. Their teams have been amazing, so responsive, helpful and thorough. They have also worked very well with our insurance company to make things smooth. There quick response significant limited the damage and our cost. Highly recommend them when your emergency hits.

Had a major flood in the main level of our townhouse. ServePro responded immediately and went to work cleaning up the water. The construction side of the company took over the repairs and did an AMAZING job. Rob, Doug and the team went far above and beyond I would expect. They kept in touch constantly and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Looks like “It never even happened”.

Jack Nite and Denali Olmo were at my home to do some removal work after some water damage. They did an excellent job. Clean and neat removal of wall board, hardwood and tile flooring.

Denali and Jack worked as a team to safely and securely package up the contents of our cabinets so that replacement cabinets can be built and installed. These young men were exceptionally careful with our china and other cabinet contents, but moreover, they were just really nice guys. While they worked, they kept me company just chatting about all kinds of things. I hope it made the work less tedious for them. It sure made my day to chat with respectful, fun, happy people for a change. We need more of those kinds of interactions! Because of Denali and Jack I am anticipating a smooth process for the rest of this restoration project. They set the tone well.
