Had a pipe burst in my basement Sunday afternoon. When I called the number at SERVPRO the woman that answered was extremely professional and very friendly. SERVPRO came over that same day it was Memorial day weekend and Liam was there within 20 minutes. Liam and Landon and one more I forgot his/her name they showed up they busted their butts and did a great job. They were professional and very friendly. One guy came over Memorial Day as well I highly recommend this company. The work was complete and done professionally, as if they were working on their own property. Five stars for sure.
WOW !!!! ….. I did not think a company and employees existed like this anymore !!!! On 11/ may/2026 I had a pipe burst in our home . I have never have had any dealing with a home issue quite like this before, so after a conversation with my home insurance agent, they suggested I call around to a couple places and get an estimate . When I called SERVPRO, I was not put to any AI machine, but instead of live representative answered the phone and I explained to her the issue and she said I can have two guys there within four hours. Two gentlemen showed up named Anthony and Landon, extremely professional, extremely polite. They did not mess around and within two hours they had everything removed that had gotten everything that was wet removed and installed their fans and dehumidifier.. These two gentlemen were above reproach, excellent in their manners, excellent in their work ethics, and I could not be more impressed. The next morning, another gentleman showed up to remove the fans and dehumidifier. I was not present at the time, but was told by my wife he was just as good as Anthony and Landon. And to beat all, their bill was $100 less than the plumber’s bill who I thought was a joke and he was only here for one hour yet SERVPRO was here combined three hours with three different individuals and still $100 cheaper than this plumber. So what I’m trying to say is if you have ever any issues with any damages storm, water, whatever call SERVPRO and I hope you get Anthony and Landon because they are top-notch. Thanks again SERVPRO. !!!!!!!
Jesse and Jacob were beyond professional, kind and helpful throughout the process of packing out my belongings impacted from the flood that occurred in my basement recently.
