Seriously could not ask for better service than this company ‘Gross pointe Servpro’. Instant response with full on active amazing crew lead by the owner Mr Mentor. Humility, courtesy, diligence, meticulousness are the core qualities we observed. In addition, the crew handled our things with utmost care. Daily calls plus monitoring of everything including even minute details culminating in a spectacular back to normal basement. Would highly recommend this company to anyone living in any area in Michigan.

I don’t often share reviews but Patrick and his crew was so amazing to work with! They came same day and actually within a hour or so and started to clean up my water damage immediately. Patrick would check in all day and make sure I didn’t have any questions and left my home clean and made sure to contain as much dust and mess as possible. They are fair, honest, trustworthy and handled everything for me to alleviate as much stress as possible. Patrick was also fantastic with my dogs who were so stressed out with so many people and all the noise. If your ever unfortunate to need any remediation, they will make everything as easy as possible!

We experienced a water pipe breakage behind a wall in our kitchen. Our insurance recommended Servpro. I took an extra step to read reviews on which Servpro to use. We are so thankful to have chose. Grosse Pointe! Mentor and crew were the best! The team was so efficient, kind and kept the demolition contained not exposing us to the dust and such that comes with the work they were doing. Recently had Servpro of GP out after a burst pipe and subsequent damage to a lower level bedroom. Patrick, Mentor, Paul and the whole crew were so nice and great to work with. The communication and professionalism from them and the office staff and crew was exceptional. They helped me through the insurance claim process and did a really nice job with the repairs and clean up. 100% would recommend.

I would recommend this company to anyone. They showed up on time they were professional. They cleaned up after themselves and they did a magnificent job. I had water damage in my ceiling, which they repaired to the point that you didn’t know that I had a problem with water in my ceiling. They redid my bathroom and cleaned up after themselves. Everything about this company is top drawer.
