Very professional staff! Had a significant floor drain backup, with standing water and sewage destroying the carpet in my finished basement. We had a house fire, and we still have a very long way to go before it is restored but just wanted to give a shout out. So far, to Chad and Brandon for being quick on cleaning up a lot of debris is our home and also to Chad for giving our son a nerf gun because all of his toys were a loss due to the fire. When our neighbors called and interrupted lunch with my wife downtown on Valentine’s Day of 2024 to tell us they heard smoke alarms coming from our house, I had no idea what we were in for. We rushed home, but the fire department beat us there. Luckily, the fire was contained to our dining room table, but unfortunately, smoke and soot had traveled everywhere. SERVPRO very quickly came out to assess damages, pack out our items, and go through the tedious process of inventorying every belonging we had, restoring what they could and ensuring the insurance company knew to pay us for every item they couldn’t. They completely cleared our house so that the repair teams could come and do their work. And they securely stored all our items until every bit of the work was complete.
