Very professional with us and our insurance adjuster. My only suggestion would be to get your billing departments on the same page. It is not my responsibility to figure out what department(s) get paid; it is my responsibility to pay the bill, you guys do the bookkeeping to be sure everyone was paid correctly.
They did a wonderful job and were very courteous and fast. They just forgot to plug the clear plastic tubing into one of the machines so that the water was spilling out on the concrete floor. I called right away and they were very quick to respond. All was good.
We had an emergency ground water flood at the church. ServPro immediately responded and resolved the water problem at the first visit. The technician was polite and professional.
