Anthony and his team at SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville are phenomenal! When a pipe busted and flooded the lower level to our home my wife and I were absolutely overwhelmed. We made a few phone calls and SERVPRO of Augusta assured us and responded expeditiously despite us being over an hour north of Augusta. SERVPRO Technician Allison and her crew were on scene the same day, very quickly despite the distance. They reassured us and went to work immediately carefully moving furniture and getting our home dry and clean. Anthony worked diligently with our insurance to ensure all was squared away and less for us to worry about. The SERVPRO team worked very hard for three days to ensure our home was dry, clean, and mold free.
