Anthony and his team at SERVPRO of Augusta/Waterville are phenomenal! When a pipe busted and flooded the lower level to our home my wife and I were absolutely overwhelmed. We made a few phone calls and SERVPRO of Augusta assured us and responded expeditiously despite us being over an hour north of Augusta. SERVPRO Technician Allison and her crew were on scene the same day, very quickly despite the distance. They reassured us and went to work immediately carefully moving furniture and getting our home dry and clean. Great service to have available! After our hot water heater blew out and flooded the basement SERVPRO was here within a reasonable time after getting the call. The scheduled around our schedules to check on the progress of drying out the basement. It was all done in a timely manner and to our great satisfaction. The owner, Anthony Wolverton, grew up in Maine and has been deeply involved in the community. I have spent a great deal of time wearing coaches’ hats for various soccer teams, baseball and softball teams, and hockey teams. My family and I have been instrumental stewards of youth programs by serving as board directors to help manage and guide these programs to better serve our community. As the saying goes, "it takes a village" to make a community strong and that means we contribute our time and our resources whenever we can. In addition, most of our crew hails from Central Maine and are selfless volunteers as well. We have a Marine Veteran and Army Veterans on our staff who have served both our country overseas and our community here on a local level. We are extremely proud to have multiple volunteer firefighters on our staff who we value and admire. As a team, we know the area and the people of Central Maine well and we are committed to helping others so our community can continue to thrive.
