SERVPRO of Sparrows Point / Essex / Chase

We called called Servpro, for restoration and mitigation service, Excellent Friendly customer service, Chelsea explained every step, made sure we understood the process, answered all questions, listen to all our concerns, Dylan also explain the steps, great team work, you could tell that they cared about the job, we were very please with there service.

My home was hit by a tornado and had the roof torn off and severe water damage. Servpro Perry hall was out same day helping me figure out next steps. They helped with my insurance company (which was a battle, ugh State Farm) Stephanie is amazing. The whole team was great about communicating and were incredibly through. They gave me my house back even better than before the tornado. Photos are some before & after.

Great customer service, the crew that came out was so knowledgeable about what needed to be done . Thank you

Stephanie and her company are a godsend. She responded to a plethora of emails and made me feel calm about the huge project that was before me. The cleaning of 2 sorely neglected bathrooms and removal of moldy ceiling in one gave us a new start and we are forever grateful. Thank you so very much!!!

Professional, through, efficient everything you need when your basement gets turned into swiming pool. I can't praise the crews and supervisors enough. I've had experience with water leaks before but I've never had better service or a more positive experience under the circumstances especially having this issue occur over Christmas and New Year holiday. Thanks for all your hard work. Roscoe May

Every staff member or worker that I had contact with was extremely professional and did a fantastic job. They handled my insurance claim and took care of every last detail the moment they came to my home. They made the entire process, from clean-up to restoration, so easy for me. They made what could have been a difficult situation entirely a stress-free experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

As you can see by their reviews, this location goes above and beyond with their customer service and work service. I can't thank enough for Jessika and Francis for the top-notched customer service I received when my water heater went up and flooded my entire basement. They were professional, prompt and thorough. Francis went above and beyond with the care of packing up my basement belongings and reassuring everything was safe/ secure. Thank you!

This was by far the best experience we could possibly have had! From the very beginning Stephanie assured us they could get us back to normal. We were devastated by a tremendous flood from a burst supply line. The entire first floor and finished basement had lots of damage. John's crew were fast, professional, and proceeded to mitigate the water damage quickly. What could be saved was safely and securely packed out. After their equipment was removed we then were faced with reconstruction. John again lined up the best workers I've every seen. Every crew that came in was polite, helpful, and expert craftsman. We couldn't be more pleased with all of the advice, recommendations, and assistance with the insurance company that John and his team provided. Highly recommend them for not only damage mitigation but reconstruction as well.
