I don't usually take the time to write a review for something but I had to take the time to write this one.
There was recent extensive water damage from a busted ceiling pipe at my place of employment...a carpet warehouse.
We called SERVPRO Fire & Water Clean Up & Restoration of Sparrows Point/Essex/Chase.
They quickly came out and assessed our situation, then quickly assigned us a crew for the job.
I cannot express enough how satisfied we all are here of their performance and professionalism.
From the emergency extraction of the excess water, to their drying out process, dehumidifying process, deodorizing, mold & mildew treatment, and organizational skills...real teamwork!
They coordinated our schedules to work with us and our business the best they could. They were awesome!
