Most recently, we had SERVPRO take care of a mold issue we had in our basement. They were quick to come out despite it being their busy season with many water main breaks happening, and they were pleasant to work with. Always very accommodating. I would recommend them to anyone.
When we moved into our house we had to have mold removed before closing and it was done by another company. After 5 years we were afraid the mold had returned. SERVPRO came out and showed us that there was probably not a mold problem but a vent cleaning problem. They could have taken advantage of us and charged us more but instead the professionals from SERVPRO explained what they could do to professionally clean our vents. A week later they were out and our vents are clean and we could tell the difference instantly. Thanks SERVPRO!
