Great experience with the crew (Dan, Joe, Matteo) in cleaning up my ice dam problems from February. They took great care to keep down the dust and debris in the house and they directly addressed a concern I had. Highly recommended.
Donald and Michelin did a great job ripping out some water damage we had from snow dams this past winter. They were on time and worked very efficiently. The thing my husband and I were most impressed with was how much prep work they did to protect our home by doing things like taping down floor protectors, putting up plastic sheets to contain dust, etc. Our experience with them led us to expand our scope of work with Servpro to include reconstruction.
We had Donald Michelin help with water damage. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of work and professionalism. Him and the person helping him we're very kind and completed the job in 2/3 the amount of time anticipated. Highly recommend!!!
Dan and Matteo were on time and professional, explaining in detail the process of removing the water damaged area of drywall and insulation and getting the restoration setup. They performed the removal work, cleaned everything up and finished at the time they indicated when they started.
