A once young, rudimentary restoration service has developed into one of Central Massachusetts most reliable and capable full-service restoration companies.

Holding himself to the same high standards he sets for his team, Donny holds the following IIRC certifications: Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Commercial Drying Specialist, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician, and Water Damage Restoration Technician.

Jeff is our Sales and Marketing Manager/ Customer Success Manager. He brings several years of management, marketing, and sales experience with a strong focus on building long-term relationships within the community he serves.

Jeff is passionate about being part of a team that holds themselves to an expectation of being an industry leader with a customer-centric approach.

Chuck is the Sales Manager at SERVPRO of Worcester.

He is passionate about his work and holds multiple IICRC certifications including: Applied Microbial Remediation, Water Damage Restoration, and Odor Control.

Chuck is the proud father of a teenage daughter and an active member is our local chambers of commerce.

In his free time Chuck enjoys spending time with his family, the outdoors, playing golf, trips to the beach and watching sports on TV.

We’re ready 24/7- no damage is too small or too big. Our IICRC trained technicians can assist with fire, water, and mold cleanup and restoration.

With over 8 years of restoration experience, Wally is an experienced and conscientious Operations Manager. He over sees the entire Mitigation & Reconstruction Department, daily operations and large losses. He and his team are always focused on quality work and our client’s satisfaction.

Wally is IICRC certified in Applied Microbial Remediation, Commercial Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Upholstery & Fabric, and Water Damage Restoration.

He is also a certified 24-Hour Asbestos Site Inspector, Lead-Safe Renovator Supervisor, trained in COVID-19 & Pandemic Preparedness and has attended a Construction Supervisor License Preparation Course.

In his free time, Wally enjoys spending time with his his family, pets and friends. His hobbies include gaming and golf.

Fae joined our team in May of 2021 and is our Project Coordinator. Her job responsibilities include keeping our clients up-to-date on the status of their projects, coordinating projects during the mitigation process, and making sure they’re happy with the service we provide.

Fae is always willing to lend a helping hand in the office and prides herself on being a compassionate liaison during stressful situations for our customers.

Fae graduated from Nichols College in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in English, where she was the president of their literary magazine. In her spare time Fae enjoys baking, watching crime documentaries, spending summer weekends in Frye Island, Maine, and visiting with family and friends.

As Warehouse Manager, Troy is responsible for all SERVPRO Warehouse related activities including the inventory and management of vehicles, equipment, product and supplies. Troy also oversees Safety & Risk Compliance in accordance with SERVPRO^®; and OSHA safety policies and manages facility maintenance.

A highly seasoned and respected professional, Troy brings 24 years of Warehouse Operations Management, Transportation Management and USDOT/OSHA Compliance Management experience to his position at SERVPRO^®;. With a focus and dedication to safety, Troy has 15 years of Safety Training and is an OSHA Certified Material Handling Equipment Instructor.

Troy is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with loved ones, camping, music, classic cars and motorcycles.

An experienced Restoration Supervisor, Javier has worked for SERVPRO of Worcester for over 8 years. He does a great job of restorations and cleanups. He is a devoted husband and father and in his free time he loves to go fishing.
