About Us
SERVPRO of Stoneham/Wakefield specializes in the cleanup, restoration and rebuild of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also mitigate mold and mildew from your home or business, which can often be found after an improperly handled water damage.
After years of co-ownership, Pat & Michelle Lavigne officially took the helm of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and SERVPRO of Danvers/Ipswich in late 2019, acquiring SERVPRO of Stoneham/Wakefield not long after. As longtime Haverhill residents, owning a community business means more than just the bottom line. It embodies our personal values of supporting the area in which we live. For more than 3 decades, our entire family has been a continued presence in the community, championing many causes and supporting local businesses and residents not only with the work we do but through sponsorships, committees, and more.

Keagan and John were a great crew, who did the demolition and mold remediation. They were pleasant, easy going and seemed to enjoy their work. Chris, the project manager, answered questions, found a fungicide that met my requirements, and did the final walk through. The company seems to be a friendly, family business, concerned about how 5he customer views them.
The team was amazing. I had a furnace fire and had soot all over my house. They washed down all my walls, floors, and ceilings. They cleaned out all my cabinets and washed all my dishes. Nothing was unturned. They were fantastic. Highly recommend there services.
We unfortunately had a sprinkler pipe burst in our building, causing water damage to two units. In a period of very high-demand, Servpro did everything they could to service our property as quickly as possible - assisting us with clean-up, remediation and demolition. Our main contact, Josh was very responsive, organized and overall great to work with. He/the team at Servpro helped expedite our timeline for getting the units restored. Thank you for all your help!
Overall we had a good experience, and most of the workers were pretty quick with their jobs. The only thing that could have improved was that it took 4 weeks for the work to even start after the water damage occured.
