SERVPRO of Lynn / Lynnfield

My thanks to Joseph Turnbull who stopped by today to look at my basement to rule out mold. He was professional yet friendly. He made me comfortable and I trusted him right away. He gave me suggestions on how to keep my basement dry and sanitary. In addition, he made time to answer some general home care questions and referred me to a handyman. I really appreciate all the extra time he spent with me even though he was not getting a sale today. I would definitely recommend SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield and Joe in particular. Thank you Joe!

SERVPRO was very quick to respond to my grandmother, Iris Rogers and I ! they were extremely professional. Jackie and Jackie were both absolutely wonderful! If anything ever happens again I will be sure to call them immediately. They did an amazing job cleaning up the mess from the fire. Everything is completely spotless, and 100% better, then how it looked even before the fire. If I know anyone that is in need of a service, such as this I will definitely recommend Jackie to help them clean up. It truly is just "Like it never even happened." I could not have asked for a better company and even more so, better people, to help my family and I clean up the mess that was left after the fire. their respectfulness, kindness and ability to swiftly clean up the space was simply astounding. Hi, I would like to share my experience with SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield. We had our plumbing backed up into two bathrooms. I was so impressed with their foreman or outside Super Billy! If this is not his title it should be! My landlord is 72 yrs old, and was a wreck! He was so kind with her, and explained everything to her so she understood! His knowledge of his job was incredible! He worked well with the plumbing contractor and his crew! He took care of the mess in no time! And still kept remnants and workers smiling through it all! He also saved us what could have been a disaster in the basement had he not been so skilled and good at his job! I can’t say enough of how happy we were with him and his crew! They make their branch of SERVPRO look like professionals!!! Great job! Thank you!!

We had a very good experience with this SERVPRO franchise today. The principal responded within 5 minutes to my urgent phone request for the cleanup of a small, inactive sewage spill on a Sunday morning. He carefully explained the scope of work and the estimated charge, $325. I agreed there was no emergency, and he asked if I could wait 2 hours for the work to begin. The crew arrived on time in a small van equipped with water and vacuum service. The crew chief carefully surveyed the site, documented it with photographs, and explained exactly what would be done. The men were efficient, thorough, careful, communicative, and intelligent. Within an hour they had cleaned and disinfected the area thoroughly, washing the floor, wiping down all contacted surfaces, and collecting all items that could not be salvaged. When it was done more photos were taken and I was asked for my approval; the charge, $350, was reasonable. I would use this service again and I recommend it highly to anyone else.
