Meet Our Team

Joseph is a Project Manager for SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield. He has over 8 years of experience in the restoration industry in both Florida and Connecticut and holds several IICRC certifications. Joseph also has re-build experience working for many years as a construction superintendent.

In his free time Joseph enjoys flying airplanes, hiking and traveling.

Katie Shearer is our bookkeeper here at SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield, and has 20+ years of bookkeeping and administrative experience.

As our bookkeeper, Katie is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory and customer service.

Katie spends her free time making memories with her husband Brian and their two young daughters, Abigail and Evelyn.

Michael is from Beverly MA and is one of our new Production Technicians here at SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield. He has gone through our rigorous training and has recently received his WRT and FSRT IICRC certifications. Michael is a member of the Army Reserves and enjoys hiking and being outdoors.

Dennielle is the Office Manager here at SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield. She joined our team recently but has previously worked in California for SERVPRO for over three years and also has experience as a job file coordinator at a flood management company. Dennielle has her college degree and lives in Saugus. She has been happily married for fourteen years and has three children, two handsome boys and a beautiful baby girl. Dennielle spends all of her available time with her family and enjoys attending their sports and school activities.

Jimmy lives in Methuen, MA and has been working for SERVPRO as a Crew Chief for more than 13 years!

Jimmy enjoys playing pool and darts. He lives to BBQ on the grill. He likes to take his two children to the beach, amusement parks and on day trips.

Jimmy loves to learn something new everyday and takes pride in ensuring that every customer is happy before he leaves.

Edwin is a Crew Chief here at SERVPRO of Lynn/Lynnfield and he currently lives in Lowell, MA.

Edwin has many years of experience in the restoration industry and is certified in duct cleaning, mold remediation, water restorations and trauma and crime scene.

Edwin enjoys spending time with his family and he loves to travel!

Alana is an Office Administrator here at SERVPRO of Lynn / Lynnfield. She joined our office staff in 2020. She obtained a Marketing Degree from Fisher College in Boston and puts this education to work. Alana has worked as a Director at the YMCA. Pedro is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead since 2020. He is excited about his new career and is a hard worker. He has held numerous positions, including as a chef, and we are happy to have him here with our team. Pedro hails from Lowell, MA and enjoys playing video games, basketball, baseball, and taking road trips.

Thomas Heenan is our new Business development manager. Tom was born and raised in Medford, MA, Tom attended college at Salem State University. Tom began his career working in the non-profit sector for the American Red Cross. Throughout his career, he has had success in real estate and advertising. Now a Business Development Manager for SERVPRO of Salem / Peabody / Marblehead, he is excited to help build awareness for the S brand and help clients mitigate losses.
Tom lives in Salem with his wife Rachel, their little boy Trevor and his dog Rocky! Tom is huge Bruins fan and likes to read, hike and spend time with his family.

Yana is an Office Administrator at SERVPRO of Lynn / Lynnfield since 2021. She has comprehensive experience in the banking industry and can use her expert customer service skills to assist customers and seekers of help. Eliseo Gonzalez is from Boston, MA. He has a strong background in construction. He recently started with water restoration to expand his knowledge within the industry. Family is everything to him and he dedicates his life to his five children. On his spare time he enjoys watching sports and playing sports. His enjoys spending time with his children.
