I used SERVPRO for my work. We needed their services, and it was an emergency. We provide residential care for teenagers, and we had a significant flood in our basement. SERVPRO came out within the hour and began the cleanup work. They were very responsive and did a thorough job explaining the process. Several years later, we had a sewerage blockage and overflow in the lower level of one of our other residential homes. It was a pretty chaotic and miserable situation. SERVPRO, again came to our rescue. I was notified in the early hours of a Sunday morning. I reached out to SERVPRO, and within an hour or two, I met met Chris from Haverhill location. He came out to the house and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was pretty overwhelming (the damage and the required follow-up). Chris and later Ross were ?able to walk me through step- by- step the initial cleanup and what would be involved in restoration. The SERVPRO technicians were helpful, quick, and professional. I had no doubt the house was in the right hands. Thank you SERVPRO, and I will definitely call again if help is needed.

As a business owner, you plan for unexpected changes in the market but you never really plan for a natural disaster or the fallout from something like that.
