Meet Our Team

Pat is the owner of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport, Danvers/Ipswich and Stoneham/Wakefield. He has been with the franchise since 2010. He likes to be able to help people through a difficult time and helping team members grow personally and professionally. On his free time he likes to spend time with family, friends and anything sports related. His favorite quote is, "Everybody has a plan until they get punched in the mouth" - Mike Tyson

Michelle has been a part of our SERVPRO family nearly her entire life (her parents founded the Haverhill/Newburyport franchise) though she has only officially been on the team since 2006. She now owns SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport, Danvers/Ipswich and Stoneham/Wakefield along with her husband Pat.

Angel is one of our production technicians and has been a part of our team since 2023.

Nury is our Key Accounts Manager and has been with SERVPRO since 1994! Prior to joining the Sales and Marketing Department, she worked as a Production Technician, Production Manager, and almost every other position in the Production Department.

Jake is part of our construction team and has been with our franchise since 2022.

Nicholas is one of our estimators and has been a part of our SERVPRO family since 2023.

His certifications include:

• Journeyman Fire/Smoke Restorer
• Journeyman Textile Cleaner
• WRT, AMRT, CCT, RRT, FSRT, UFT, OCT

Robert is a member of our Construction Department and has been with the franchise since 2021.

Nick is a Production Technician and has been with SERVPRO since 2007.

Robert is a Production Technician and has been with SERVPRO since 2020.

Dave is the founder of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and now works as the Warehouse Manager. He has been in the SERVPRO franchise since 1986!

Maureen is the founder of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and now works for the accounting department. She has been in the SERVPRO franchise since 1986! She loves the people and the flexible hours she gets to work. On her free time she likes to play scrabble, do puzzles and take walks on the beach.

Dylan is a painter and member of our Construction Department. He has been part of our SERVPRO family since 2021.

Stephanie is our Marketing and Customer Care Coordinator and has been a part of our SERVPRO family since 2020. Prior to being hired, she worked with us as an intern as part of her degree.

Lori is our Construction Administrator and has been a part of the SERVPRO family since 2021.

Donna is one of our Job File Coordinators and has been with the franchise since 1996! Her favorite part about working at SERVPRO is being able to help others and the "family" atmosphere. In her free time she likes to read and spend time with her children and grandchildren. She is certified in water and notary public.

Chris is our Project Manager and has been with the franchise since 2013. He enjoys working at SERVPRO because he can help people through a difficulty situation. In his free time he likes to spend time with his wife and 3 kids and go fishing. He is certified in Water, Fire and Smoke, Carpet Cleaning, and a Commercial drying specialist.

Noel is the Construction Manager at SERVPRO. Though he has only been an official member of our team since 2020, he previously worked with us as a subcontractor. Joining the SERVPRO family allows him to mentor a new generation of builders while managing "the best part of the job"- interacting with the customer and seeing the delight on their faces when they see the final product.

Yeimi is a production technician who has been with our franchise since 2020.

Josh is our General Manager and has been with the franchise since 2020.
