About Us
SERVPRO of Danvers/Ipswich specializes in the cleanup, restoration and rebuild of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke or water damage. We also mitigate mold and mildew from your home or business, which can often be found after an improperly handled water damage.
After years of co-ownership, Pat & Michelle Lavigne officially took the helm of SERVPRO of Haverhill/Newburyport and SERVPRO of Danvers/Ipswich in late 2019, acquiring SERVPRO of Stoneham/Wakefield not long after. As longtime Haverhill residents, owning a community business means more than just the bottom line. It embodies our personal values of supporting the area in which we live. For more than 3 decades, our entire family has been a continued presence in the community, championing many causes and supporting local businesses and residents not only with the work we do but through sponsorships, committees, and more.

We had two young men work in our home ( Keagan and Tyler ) They made the experience easy when they arrived first day they were very pleasant. The second and third day they heard my dog barking. So they came in before unloading the tools from van. To acknowledge the dog. As a pet owner this meant a lot to me. Also, every time they need to leave, they made sue I was aware they left and were coming back.
After a terrible flood in our home was caused by a massive plumbing leak during our contractor's work while renovating our master bath, the team from ServePro provided outstanding service to help us mitigate the flood damage in the fastest and most thorough way possible. They arrived within minutes of the flood, immediately set about protecting the home not already soaking wet, began drying up the water with dehumidifiers and blowers and tearing down the wet, damaged ceilings on two levels, as the water went from the master bath, through the dining room and lower level ceilings completely destroying them - which had only recently been repaired and painted. They also took away the expensive carpet that absorbed the water in the dining room for cleaning and repair. The team from ServePro provided highly professional, extremely careful, detailed remediation work (protecting all parts of our home with strong plastic sheeting) and general support throughout the process of mitigating this disaster, and they did it pleasantly and with great patience. We cannot say enough about how happy we are with the ServePro team that helped us deal with this nightmare. We HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing this kind of help! ServPro gets 10 stars!!

Servpro came to my house to remove clean and dry out the contents of my flooded basement. The job took 2 weeks and was an extreme amount of manual labor. The crew that was sent daily was made up of 2-3 extremely friendly and polite nice gentleman . They were always friendly and helpful to me during this trying time of going through many sentimental and old family items. The crew leader was always the same gentleman named Bob. He would always take the time to help and explain what they were working , what they were going to do next and when they would be finished . I would have never been able to do the work they did without spending 6 months of my own time. I would highly recommend Servpro to anyone and I will always be thankful to them for helping during a very stressful time.
