SERVPRO was amazing and if it had not been for their quick response and active involvement then I’m not sure what would have happened. They worked very hard and assured me that they would do everything in their power to remedy our situation. They were my number one point of contact person and took better care of us than our actual insurance agents!!! Caring, diligent, responsive, honest and kind. Marc LeBlanc and his service team were superb!! Excellent customer service, efficient, courteous, comforting to my 89-year-old mom. I can't say enough for the value and service my mom received from Marc and his team. Response time was excellent and Marc was incredibly sensitive to our situation and made certain everything was effectively and efficiently handles.
