I have nothing but great things to say about this company! I called Servpro of Southwest Wichita out to my home because I had water leak in through my foundation. They responded within an hour of my phone call which was amazing because I expected it to take a day or two for them to even come out. Carson, the Production Manager arrived right on time and he brought two young men with him Grant and Cameron. Carson explained everything very clearly to me and told me he could save my failrly new carpet and my walls. Right away the guys went to work and extracted all the carpet, pulled out the wet pad, pulled the baseboards, sprayed a sanitizer, and set equipment to dry my carpet and walls. In four hours these 3 guys had everything under control and did exactly what they said they would. They were professional, friendly, and very easy to work with. My home was dried out in 3 days. Servpro coordinated with their carpet layer to put back our carpet pad and relay the carpet. Then Grant and Cameron came back and cleaned all the carpet. This was a great experience!

We used ServPro for restoration following a water leak in a basement bedroom. They responded immediately and began the process of removing damaged items and drying out the area. We then worked with Tim Carr to begin the reconstruction to get the room back to its normal state. He was friendly, efficient, and very professional. Carson was super patient as I asked him all sorts of questions about the process. Mitch and Grant were extremely accommodating and helpful. There were some last minute details that I needed some help taking care of after the final cleanup was performed by Anthony D and Mitch and Grant came back out to make sure everything was fully resolved.
