Patrick Butler is the owner and operator of SERVPRO of Southwest Wichita. Patrick moved to America from Ireland in 1989 and spent 11 years working in aircraft and then 20 years and counting owning the Northeast location of SERVPRO. He has over 20 years’ experience in the industry and has certifications from the Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) in: Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation, Carpet Cleaning, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Journeyman Fire & Smoke Restorer, Journeyman Textile Cleaner, Odor Control, Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning.

Tim from SERVPRO was absolutely fantastic to work with after we had repairs due to our washing machine. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. He was incredibly informative, courteous, and very personable. He truly understood our needs as homeowners and took the time to explain everything clearly, which gave us a lot of peace of mind during a stressful situation.
Tim was also prompt with his phone calls and texts, keeping communication clear and consistent throughout the process. We loved working with him and everyone at SERVPRO - the whole team was professional and easy to work with.
We would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. 5 stars all the way!
Carson was super patient as I asked him all sorts of questions about the process. Mitch and Grant were extremely accommodating and helpful. There were some last minute details that I needed some help taking care of after the final cleanup was performed by Anthony and Mitch and Grant came back out to make sure everything was fully resolved.
