We recently had a water pipe break under the kitchen sink that flooded the kitchen and part of our basement. SERVPRO answered immediately, the representative was very compassionate, and the team showed up promptly with mitigation equipment, operating immediately. They make a terrific team, answering all our questions and explaining the process.
