Late March I had a fire in my apartment followed by back and eye surgery. I am finally able to see well enough to write this. I am 43 and have never had to file an insurance claim other than one for hail damage on my car so even though the fire was contained to only my kitchen I was still devastated and unsure what to do. I was fortunate that my insurance company contacted Servpro. Everyone from customer service to restoration was wonderful and there was never a lack of communication. Even though they're easily 2 hours away they showed up the day they said they would and on time. The gentleman that came out to my apartment was Tavis and his group.. All of them remained positive and even made me laugh at times when I thought I was going to go mad. Tavis was extremely thorough in explaining every step of the process from cleanup to restoration. He also put me in contact with an amazing woman that works in their warehouse named Shauna who kept in contact with me to give me updates on my belongings. The tapestry people that clean smoke damage from clothes, curtains, linens, etc did a great job as well. They were able to eliminate the smoke smell and my kitchen honestly looks better than it did before the fire - the cabinet upgrade is great. Lol. I hope nothing like this happens again but if it does I know this company has my back. I highly recommend them!

We were first time customers with SERVPRO and were extremely impressed! We called on a Friday afternoon after 4:00 not expecting anyone to be able to help us with an issue we needed an answer to before the weekend. A kind woman answered the phone and said she would contact her manager and he would be in touch. Drew called us back immediately. He took time to hear about our issue. After talking through several solutions with us, he called one of the technicians and asked him to stop by our home after work and take a look at our situation. When Tavis arrived he reassured us he was happy to help and jumped right into action to take care of our situation. We were blown away with the knowledge, professionalism, promptness and the genuine care for our situation. We would highly recommend this team.
