I called Friday night and Lisa Garcia showed up early the next morning with Stacy Skiles. They were quick and very professional. They found the job was larger than expected but it went well and they were very helpful at every point in the mitigation. Brandon Locke who was the Manager was terrific and helped me to understand along with Lisa where we were in the cleanup. Jason Ford was my Customer Service contact and was always helpful. The two constants, however, were Lisa and Tracy and they never stopped working until everything was done 6 days later. I always felt like I was getting the truth and the best efforts on my job. I'd recommend SERVPRO to anyone who has had water or fire damage in their home.
