SERVPRO was called late one evening when I returned home and heard water running in my finished basement. They answered the phone immediately, told me they would collect their equipment and get their asap. And yes, they were here when promised, set up their "drying equipment" and my basement was being dried in just a short 45 minutes of their arrival. They were polite, efficient and kept their word that they would stay in touch. My basement is again dry and it looks like nothing had happened.
