We woke up recently & it was raining INSIDE our condo ! The next three hours were spent using every bucket, bowl & towel we own trying to keep up with the flow of water. Eventually our Homeowners Assn. President got hold of our upstairs neighbor & entered their unit to find water spraying from a detached washing machine hose ! The raining subsided & eventually stopped, but our beautiful hardwood floor was soaked; ditto ceiling & walls. We called Servpro two days later & they appeared with fans & dehumidifiers & expertise!
