I had Cory out this morning. Super friendly, informative, and professional guy. I sometimes worry about calling "name brands" because they can be pushy. Cory was not like that at all - he was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk to. I won't hesitate calling Bloomington Servpro next time I have an issue.
