We recently worked with SERVPRO on a major flood mitigation and cleanup project and once again, they did a fantastic job! Taylor Duitsman, Mitigation Operations Manager, was outstanding to work with throughout the project planning process—from defining the scope of work to developing and finalizing the estimate. He was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and a pleasure to work with. Dorrian, our on-site Project Manager, was equally wonderful. He was an excellent communicator, always on time, approachable, and incredibly accommodating of my many special requests. It was a genuine pleasure working with him every day, and I particularly appreciated his flexibility and willingness to work with me throughout the cleanup. The SERVPRO team did a terrific job tackling a very big mess left behind by the flood. We couldn't be more pleased with the results! This wasn't our first experience with SERVPRO of Champaign/Urbana. We previously worked with them on a fire restoration project, also with excellent results. And we're already planning to bring them back for another household cleanup project. We're big fans of SERVPRO and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
