Our History
Since 2002, SERVPRO of Vermilion County has been helping the people of Danville and neighboring communities. This is the second of four franchises owned and operated by Dave and Suzie McGuire. More than 7,000 customers have called upon us to restore their community. We specialize in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage. Several months ago my basement flooded due to a sump pump malfunction. There were several inches of water on the floor and it was soaking into the furniture, storage items, EVERYTHING was going to be ruined, or so I thought. I live alone and I started to panic when I remembered the SERVPRO slogan of "Like it never even happened"! Hoping that they could save my belongings, I called. THEY WERE WONDERFUL!! They had started mitigation just a couple of hours after the inspector came out and in a very short time after that the water was gone and they had their equipment set up to dry everything out. I was amazed at their speed and efficiency! They worked seamlessly with my insurance adjustor, were unfailingly polite and always were willing to answer my many questions. I can't praise them enough and I would highly recommend them for any service that their company offers. I will always call SERVPRO first for any of my home issues.
Their Mitigation and construction team greatly helped me out when my basement flooded. Staff was great to deal with from top to bottom! I would definitely recommend.
After my upstairs neighbor's hot water heater burst, my neighbor told me to call SERVPRO. They came right out and took over. They got rid of wet carpet and flooring very quickly. The team was in good spirits and even made us laugh. 10/10 recommend!
