I contacted SERVPRO a few months ago after finding some water damage in my father's basement. The SERVPRO team was fantastic!! From the people in the office to the workers who came on-site, they were very professional. They assessed the damage & figured out what was causing the water leak. Once the problem was fixed, they came in and cleaned everything. Very impressed with them. My father is older & in poor health and the respect they showed to him, and his belongings, & his house was impeccable. We called SERVPRO of West Chicago after we found water on our kitchen floor. I really didn’t want them to demolish anything so the technician said they would try to dry it without removal. Josh came out to check on the progress and explained they needed to remove some damaged floor. He explained that it was necessary so I agreed and I am happy that he was honest with me about what really needed to be done. They came out and treated my wife and I like their only customer. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

About Us
SERVPRO of Streamwood, Bartlett, West Chicago and Warrenville was acquired in 2014 and is Steve Pearson's (Owner) second SERVPRO franchise. Steve Pearson was born and raised in the Joliet area. Steve attended Lewis University where he graduated in 1998 with a degree in Business Administration. Upon graduating college Steve moved to the Kendall County area where he started working as a claims adjuster for Farmers Insurance. During his 10 years as an adjuster, he learned a lot about restoration first hand and eventually decided he wanted to be involved in that side of helping people. Using his adjuster experience, restoration knowledge, and a college degree, Steve met a SERVPRO franchise owner and decided to purchase a license to operate in Kendall County. After building and growing the Kendall County franchise Steve and his team expanded his franchise by taking over the Streamwood, Bartlett, West Chicago, and Warrenville territory. We have been in business for almost 15 years and bring a wealth of experience with a team of restoration professionals. With over 20 years of experience as a claims adjuster and on the restoration side, Steve and the SERVPRO of Streamwood, Bartlett, West Chicago, and Warrenville team pride themselves on taking whatever disaster comes their way and making it as SERVPRO says “Like it never even happened."
