We called SERVPRO of West Chicago after we found water on our kitchen floor. I really didn’t want them to demolish anything so the technician said they would try to dry it without removal. Josh came out to check on the progress and explained they needed to remove some damaged floor. He explained that it was necessary so I agreed and I am happy that he was honest with me about what really needed to be done. They came out and treated my wife and I like their only customer. I wouldn’t call anyone else.

Very responsive. Took the time to wear shoe covers and protect the hardwood. Explained everything and was super nice. Very important to keep the upbeat attitude during catastrophes such as flood cleanup. Carrie was amazing and a true attribute to this organization
