SERVPRO did an amazing job after my home flooded—twice in just 9 weeks. From the moment Don and his team arrived they were incredibly professional, respectful, kind, friendly and easy to work with during a very stressful time. Their expertise and efficiency was remarkable. They removed all flooring and wet sheetrock in about 7 hours, which was truly impressive and helped prevent further damage. I called on a Friday at 11:45 am after a 7" rain Thursday evening. I was pretty sure I wouldn't see anybody until Monday. My call was returned at noon and I had 2 ServPro guys at my house by 12:35!! After a review of the situation (water in a finished basement) and a guess for the cause, they immediately set to work. More help was brought in and by 4:20 in the afternoon, the damage had been removed and the drying process begun. Staff arrived at appointed times on Saturday and Sunday to check equipment and check the progress. Monday morning, equipment was removed and clean up completed. While I'm not happy that the basement flooded and I'm left with many projects ahead, I'm glad the ServPro guys were there to make the initial clean up quite a bit less stressful. It was much, much more of a project than I could handle or even had equipment to try! Don Hayslette from the Rockford area was the project manager. Thank you, buddy! Not only was the job they did absolutely fantastic Roger and his whole team were very nice, courteous, respectful, professional and dare I say total rockstars! Any issue I had was resolved immediately and with a smile. I would highly recommend you use Servpro for any restoration project or water damage you may have. Jose was very professional and on time with everything, he responded quickly with an estimate and started the next day with fans, mold removal, plaster removal, insulation removal and overall remediation. His crew was respectful, kind, and always on time. They were helpful when moving the furniture and items that needed to be protected, his crew worked very hard and performed clean and professional painting, drywall installation, mold removal, plaster removal, trim replacement, and insulation replacement. I would use their services again and have praised their work ethics and professional completion to my fellow teachers. Steve

The ceiling of the kitchen in my first floor apartment was recently destroyed due to a leak in the apartment above mine. Not only was the kitchen ceiling destroyed, but the carpet in my living room and hallway were also completely soaked. My apartment manager contacted Servpro to deal with the water damage. I found them to be extremely efficient, professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly! I was impressed with their work ethic and their thoroughness. I was very impressed with excellent work done by Serv Pro. Not only were the employees masterful in the difficult task that my water problem in my lower level entailed but they were also very courteous, friendly men always arriving on time and continuously put much effort in all they did.
