We had water coming in from an upstairs neighbor in the middle of the night and they answered our call right away.

I called the office and set up an appointment. When the technician came he was very nice and told me that I did not need any restoration work because there was no damage to the walls and the floors were already dry. I tried to pay the technician for the service call and he said there was no money due. He was so nice and did not charge me for wasting his time.
