SERVPRO of Oak Park did a great job! Fast and efficiently solved my basement flooding problem. And I do mean fast! My insurance agent Kathleen Costello recommended them, and followed 2 days late to see how they did, which was great. A sump pump in.my basement failed and I had a lot of water. I called Monday morning at 915, by 1030, Greg was standing in my basement, by 11 we had a plan of action. By 1230, Julio and his team of Juan, Mark, Rob, Derek, and Everarado were working. They move a lot of fragile and difficult stuff, extracted the water, filled the basement with large dehumidifiers and fans. Julio assured me that the equipment would stay until everything was dry. We could still get to areas because the arranged eventing carefully. The Servpro recommended plumber arrived as promised at 4 pm and replaced the sump pump. 3 days later, Julio and his team returned, checked the moisture content and we all agreed it was dry. Then they reversed the process, removed the fans and put everything back in place. Julio walked me through when they were done to make sure I was satisfied. Fabulous job!
