I hired Servpro to help an elderly friend with clean up in their home. The owner, Alec, came to the home for an assessment and quote. He was on time, great at explaining everything and fair with his pricing. Communication with him was easy from start to finish which was about a 2-3 week time period. I ended up having a question a week after the project ended and he still responded immediately. Throughout the actual cleanup, which took about 5 days, there were 7 different team members in the home. Each one of them was kind, courteous, trustworthy and hardworking. I highly recommend this company.

Great company. The crew chief was so knowledgeable and friendly. We were overwhelmed with a broken pipe in our home and the crew came in and just helped relieve our stress. The Farmers adjuster who showed up also stated that he loved working with the Servpro of Lockport because the do great work and are so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone who needs restoration services.
