Greg was our superintendent from SERVPRO. He and his team did an exceptional job on my kitchen. Our entire kitchen from cabinets to floor and even into the hallway and bathroom was replaced from water damage. This project took weeks, but Greg was there each step to make sure the work done was timely and done right. He even met us to help us pick new tile. He answered all our weekend calls and was an excellent liaison between us and all the different contractors-which we had many with all the different projects that had to be done. When some people couldn't work, he made sure other parts got going so work always continued. For me personally, I needed lots of explanation and Greg always made sure I knew what was coming next and we had everything needed-like a temporary sink which I was so thankful for as we had nothing in our kitchen and all those little things really made a big difference. Thank you to all the folks who worked hard to get our house back to us as fast as they could and fix all the nightmares of the water damage.

First, you have the shock of the accident. Then you have to figure out next steps as you sift through personal items that have been damaged. Our accident reached three rooms with bedding, family heirlooms, my 7-year-old's personal effects. It was overwhelming. Also in the middle of a pandemic. But our crew came in professional and quick. They all had protective gear and took caution with interacting with us. We had large pieces of wood furniture. Several large glass cabinet pieces. They handled it all with care. It all happened very quickly. Efficient and friendly. Everything came back almost in better condition than when it left. I am really glad we were able to use this company. They were referred to us but I had heard of their business in the Treasure Valley before. Lucky to have the best. If you need help, call them!

We had an issue with the ice maker in our brand new home and just wanted a second opinion on the best way to deal with the damage. Winder came out to the house within a couple of hours and did a very thorough inspection of the damage. He advised us on the best way possible to handle it, gave us a very reasonable estimate just in case the builder didn't step up (which they did). I was so impressed with how quick and professional Winder was.

Eric Kirby kept me well informed of the plan and progress. Marcos Delgado and George were very polite, respectful, and careful when removing floors and cupboards due to water damage.

Trent and George did a great job mitigating rainwater in my living room. They were timely and polite. I would recommend and definitely use them again, if necessary. Beau was informative and explained his process so we knew what to expect.

Denver, Adrian, and crew did a wonderful job cleaning up a flood from our dishwasher. They were very helpful and thorough throughout the entire remediation process. They even helped lineup contractors in today’s environment.

We had the pleasure and benefit of having Eric Kirby and Marcos Delgado to fix our unfortunate issue of water in our crawl space. We appreciate so much the responsiveness and punctuality of each time they came to our home. I really appreciate them calling me daily before coming telling me when they were coming so I was able to plan my day. Both Eric and Marcos were very friendly and professional. Our dog “loved” them and looked forward to their daily visits. I would recommend SERVPRO with these 2 great employees.
