Meet Our Team

Christian is the CEO/Owner at SERVPRO of Boise. He has over 20 years of experience in the restoration industry and has the following certifications from the Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and Commercial Drying Specialist.

Winder is the President/Owner at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined SERVPRO in March, 2013 as the Sales and Marketing Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 2016. Winder has several year of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Commercial Drying Specialist and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his dog Timber, skiing and golfing.

Eric is Vice President & Director of Construction Services at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined the SERVPRO team in August, 2015. Eric has been in the industry since 2003 and is an Idaho native. He has several years of experience and the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Eric is also EPA Lead Certified and a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector.

Jade Harrison is Operations Manager at SERVPRO of Boise. She joined SERVPRO Boise in November of 2021 after being with another SERVPRO for multiple years. Jade has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Microbial Remediation Technician, and Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician. Jade was born and raised in Caldwell, Idaho, and has lived in Idaho all her life. She currently lives in Greenleaf, ID with her husband and children. Outside of SERVPRO, Jade enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her family.

Ryan is a mitigation estimator at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined the SERVPRO team in August 2018. Ryan has 12 years of experience in the dairy service and maintenance industry, where he also held the position of Service Manager for five years. He is skilled and experienced in electrical, HVAC, pneumatics and 24-hour emergency service. Ryan has over six years of experience in home demolition and remodeling. He is proud to be a part of the team and enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, fishing and golfing outside of SERVPRO.

Justin is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Boise. He has been with SERVPRO for 7 Years. Junior has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Outside of SERVPRO, he enjoys fishing, fitness, eating and spending time with family.

With a stong background in customer service, Sam joined SERVPRO in January of 2022 as a Crew Chief. He was promoted to mitigation estimator in January 2025. He holds certifications from IICRC in WRT, AMRT and Asbestos Inspector Training certification. Sam grew up in Boise and loves to spend time with his family and exploring the wilderness of Idaho.

Ryan joined SERVPRO of Boise as a crew chief, and has been promoted to Project Manager. He worked at another SERVPRO location in the Northwest for a couple of years before moving to Boise. He is certified IICRC WRT.

Michael joined SERVPRO in September of 2023 as the Controller. With a BA degree in Accouting he bring 10 years of construction industy experience. He enjoys sports, fitness and being with his wife and kids.

Jody Scamehorn is the Accounting Clerk at SERVPRO of Boise. She joined the SERVPRO team in March, 2018. She has over 20 years experience in accounts receivable/ accounts payable and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Outside of SERVPRO she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking with her husband and walks along the greenbelt.

Mallory joined SERVPRO in February of 2024. A recent Boise State Graduate, she is our accounting clerk. From Weston, Idaho she enjoys speing time outside and travel!

Shannon is our Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Boise. She joined SERVPRO Boise in November of 2021 after being with another SERVPRO franchise for almost 6 years. Before she came to SERVPRO, Shannon spent some time in the hotel industry, and several years working in the healthcare field. She grew up in Idaho and has been here for nearly 25 years. Shannon has the following certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Outside of SERVPRO, Shannon enjoys playing pool, baking, and spending time with her daughter, Ella.

Kiara joined SERVPRO in July of 2023 as a job file coordinator. She came from Southern Utah University in the office of facility management as an office assitant and dispatcher. She moved to Boise with her husband and enjoys reading, playing the piano and being outside.

Kelly joined SERVPRO of Boise as Sales and Marketing Manager in August of 2016. She has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. With a 20 year background in sales and customer service, she leads a successful and energetic team of marketing representatives to be the Treasure Valley’s premier full-service restoration company. Outside of SERVPRO she enjoys spending time with her family at the hockey rink.

Robyn is our Commercial Account Manager at SERVPRO of Boise. She joined the team in December of 2019. Robyn has 12 years of experience as an agent in the insurance industry along with 7 years of sales and marketing experience. She has received her certificate of completion for the SERVPRO Commercial Sales & Marketing program. In her spare time she loves spending her time with her 3 children, her friends, family, watching her son play basketball for Rocky Mountain High School, camping, and spending the day on the lake.

Kyle is an Account Manager at SERVPRO of Boise and joined our team in October of 2021, Kyle grew up in Meridian and attended Boise State University, where he graduated with my B.B.A. in General Business. In his spare time he loves spending time with his wife Savannah, son Brooks and two dogs Sunni and Stormi. Kyle enjoys golfing and watching pretty much anything sports related, whether it's on TV or in person. He looks forward to using his established connections in the community to help people through water damage or other disaster issues.

Kevin joined the SERVPRO team in May of 2022. He has over 10 years of sales experience in various fields. Kevin is very active in the community that he serves; with heavy involvement in the Meridian Chamber of Commerce where he has served as an ambassador, co-chair of the ambassador committee, and is also on the Board of Directors which has helped him develop meaningful and lasting relationships in the business community. When he's not working, Kevin enjoys spending time with his kids and exploring all that the Treasure Valley has to offer.

Ed joined SERVPRO in October of 2021 as a Construction Estimator. With a 10+ year career as an insurance property adjuster. Ed enjoys camping and fishing with his 2 boys.

Kelly is our Construction Estimator Assistant at SERVPRO of Boise. She joined the SERVPRO team in February 2021 as construction coordinator. Kelly comes to us with 8 years of construction experience and retail management, previously working for both Home Depot and Lowe's Contractor sales. Kelly moved to the area 16 years ago after graduating from Chico State University in Northern California. In her free time, she enjoys taking advantage of the Idaho outdoors with her family, camping, fishing, riding quads, and shooting.

Tom joined SERVPRO in June of 2023 as a Construction Estimator. With years of insurance experience he excels in the construction department. Tom enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 young daughters and cooking.

Richard joined us in March of 2024 as a Construction Estimator. Originally from Dallas, TX he has over 16 years experience as a property adjuster. When not at work you'lll find him running in the mountains and spending time with family.

Fire Operations Manager

Gordon joined the SERVPRO team in February of 2023, with over 17 years of industry experience, 9 years owning his own company he holds certifications from the IICRC in WRT, ASD, OCT, CPT and AMRT. He is a true professional! He's been married for over 40 years, has 4 children and 7 grandchildren. He enjoys building things, fishing and being with his family.

Nicole joined SERVPRO in January of 2023 as an Assistant Production Manager - Fire Team, she is certified IICRC FSRT and used to work at another SERVPRO location. She has 2 teenagers, enjoys time with her large family of 11 nieces and nephews and has a passion for helping people.

Trent is a Construction Estimator Assistant at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined our team in June 2019 as a water technician, then crew chief, then construction superintendent. He's worn many hats and brings great experience. Trent has completed ECTP- SERVPRO's Employment Certification Training Program. Outside of SERVPRO he enjoys spending time with his kids.

Tammy joined SERVPRO in August of 2022 as the Construction Coordinator. She spent the last 15 years managing in the restaurant industry before returning back to administrative work. She enjoys time with her husband, daughter and granddaughter, she's a great cook and enjoys reading and being outdoors.

Jennifer is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences! She joined SERVPRO in May of 2023 as a job file coordinator. She has recently been promoted to the construction team as coordinator. With a background in telecommunications, a degree in Women & Gender Studies with philosophy and business ethics emphasis. When not at work you can find Jennifer exploring the Greenbelt with her cattle dog, Hades or an evening with her tabby cat, Freyja. Jennifer is also bilingual in Spanish.

Travis is a water mitigation Assistant Production Manager at SERVPRO of Boise, he joined our team in December, 2018 as a crew chief. He has multiple years of experience and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Travis enjoys working in the restoration industry and is eager to work for the best company in the valley!

Joining SERVPRO in June of 2022 with 2 years of prior industry experience, Bennett quickly became a Crew Chief. He is certified by the IICRC in WRT. He is an Army Veteran and enjoys hiking.

Jackson is a Crew Chief that joined SERVPRO in 2021. He has previous restoration experience and enjoys spending time outdoors camping and fishing. He has certification from IICRC in WRT.

Terry joined SERVPRO in February of 2022 as a mitigation technician, and was quickly promoted to crew chief. He is IICRC WRT certified. He's the proud father of 4 boys and enjoys watching them play all the sports; football, basketball and hockey! In his spare time he enjoys riding motorcycles and hiking.

Jordan joined SERVPRO as a crew chief on the Fire Team in Sepember of 2022. She has a certificaion in forklift operation. She has 2 daughters that light up her life and her passion are being outdoors and playing soccer. She is also a native Idahoan.

Brad joined SERVPRO in November of 2021 as a lead Carpenter and was quickly promoted to Construction Superintendent and most recently promoted again to Reconstruction Production Manager in late 2024. When not at work he enjoys being in the great Idaho outdoors. He's also known to instigate a great prank!

Denver is a Construction Project Manager at SERVPRO of Boise. He has been with SERVPRO of Boise since October 2018. Denver has successful granite, cabinet, flooring, and structure removal experience. He also has experience in home renovation/ remodeling and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Outside of SERVPRO he enjoys spending time with his family outdoors and completing projects around his home.

Jeff joined SERVPRO in February of 2022 as a lead carpenter and was quickly promoted to a Construction Superintenden 6 months later. He has a background in remodelling and demo, and a 9 year career in law enforcement. His hobbies include most outdoor things, such as hunting, fishing, kyaking and wood working. He is also the Fire Chief of Horseshoe Bend. He has a lovely wife Melissa, daughter Rylee and a baby coming in November of 2023.

Inzy joined SERVPRO in November of 2023 as a construction superintendent. He has previous experience as an HVAC technician and custom home builder. He enjoys being with family and going to the mountains.

Born in Oroville, CA and raised in Yelm, Washington, Alfred has 6 + years experience in residential remodels and 8 years as a project manager for the tower industry. He joined SERVPRO in March of 2024 as a construction superintendent. He enjoys local events with family and going to the shooting range.

Scott is a hazmat inspector at SERVPRO of Boise. He came to SERVPRO of Boise in December of 2021 after working for another SERVPRO franchise as a reconstruction supervisor. With years of experience in general contract work, Scott makes a great addition to our team. Before joining SERVPRO, Scott worked in the commercial roofing industry and has lived in Idaho his whole life. Outside of SERVPRO he enjoys playing competitive softball, traveling with his team, and spending time with his family.

Daniel is our Carpenter/Foreman at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined the SERVPRO team in August, 2016 and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. He is originally from Guadalajara, and is skilled in all aspects of construction work. Daniel enjoys mountain biking, playing with his children and spending quality time with his family.

Nathan is a Water Production Technician at SERVPRO of Boise. He joined the team in December, 2016 and is originally from Texas. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and has completed ECTP-SERVPRO’s Employment Certification Training Program. Nathan has a background in security and has always enjoyed helping people. He spends his free time with his son, and loves a good game of air soft.

Noemar joined SERVPRO in September of 2021 as a carpenter. He is very well liked by his peers for his excellent attitude. He is a jack-of-all-trades and will work hard to make happy customers. He loves to be with his family and workout.
