Very good experience, Esteban and Jose were great, always text when they were on their way, made sure they spoke when they arrived and explained and answered any questions I had. We are in the process of cleanup and restoring our basement after an unexpected disaster with our basement that was a result of sewer work on our street. Jill is our primary contact and program director. We cannot say enough about how helpful she has been to us! She is organizing all the services we need. She is very hands on which is nice to have her fully in-the-know of everything going on. Clean-up was handled by Alex, Jose, and Esteban. They did an excellent job! They are absolutely wonderful to work with! They kept us informed of everything they were doing and whenever they were coming/going. They answered all of our questions. We appreciated them working on their part until the clean up was done and ready for the recon crew to get in. We just cannot say enough!!
