Lathe is the owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing with him a strong background in reconstruction. Prior to moving to Omaha in 2019, he owned a successful construction company in Iowa. During that time, he subcontracted work for two local SERVPRO franchises before acquiring both in 2016. Since then, Lathe and his wife have expanded their business, now proudly owning and operating four SERVPRO franchises in the Omaha/Council Bluffs area.

Outside of work, Lathe enjoys traveling—he is also a licensed pilot—spending time with his family, and making the most of his time on the water.

Nicole is the co-owner of SERVPRO Team Toft, alongside her husband, Lathe. With a background in nursing and sales, Nicole brings a unique combination of compassion, dedication, and business expertise to her role. She continues to be driven by a strong passion for helping others and is committed to making a positive impact in her community. Through SERVPRO Team Toft, she strives to deliver exceptional care, ensuring that families and businesses recover quickly and smoothly from disasters.

Kevin is the Chief Operating Officer at SERVPRO Team Toft, leading complex restoration projects with expertise and dedication. He holds 9 IICRC Certifications and is Level 1 and 2 Xactimate Certified, demonstrating his extensive knowledge in the restoration and reconstruction industry. With a strong background in managing large-scale losses, Kevin brings leadership and a commitment to restoring properties efficiently. His deep understanding of the cleanup and restoration industry ensures that SERVPRO Team Toft continues to deliver exceptional results for clients facing significant losses.

Katie is the Office Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 20 years of customer service experience and a strong background in restoration operations. She is proficient in accounts receivable and payable, Xactimate, and QuickBooks, playing a vital role in managing day-to-day operations. With IICRC certifications in Water Damage and Fire & Smoke Damage Restoration, Katie spent nine years with SERVPRO of Omaha NW before the merger, gaining extensive experience in administrative support, job file coordination, fire cleaning, and contents inventory. Her favorite part of the job is helping people in their time of need, providing both technical expertise and compassionate support during difficult moments.

Kristi is a Human Resources Generalist at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 20 years of HR experience to the team. She spent the last 30 years in the veterinary industry, where she developed a passion for talent acquisition, employee development, and streamlining processes. At SERVPRO, Kristi supports the team by managing hiring efforts, guiding employee growth, and helping improve internal operations.

Rob is the Sales and Marketing Manager for SERVPRO Team Toft, offering over two decades of leadership experience in sales, marketing strategy, and team development. He has a strong track record of driving growth, elevating customer relationships, and building high-performing sales teams.

With a passion for training and cultivating talent, Rob brings a dynamic and results-oriented approach to SERVPRO’s sales and marketing initiatives. His energy, expertise, and leadership make him a valuable addition to the SERVPRO Team Toft family.

Jeremy is a Commercial Accounts Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 25 years of experience in sales and marketing. With a strong background in home improvements, insurance, and business marketing sales, he offers valuable expertise in building client relationships and expanding commercial services. Alyssa is a Reconstruction Project Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and 4 years in the reconstruction industry. Mikey is a Senior Restoration Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, and has been a dedicated member of the team for four years. Starting in production and then transitioning to Job File Coordinator, Mikey now brings nearly 15 years of customer service experience to his current role. With WRT certification, he combines technical expertise with a strong commitment to client satisfaction, driving business growth, and fostering lasting relationships. In his free time, Mikey enjoys sports and spending time with his family.

Jeff is a Restoration Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 19 years of experience in the restoration industry. His background includes business ownership, sales, marketing, and a strong focus on customer service. Jeff plays a key role in leading restoration projects, building lasting relationships with clients, and supporting the team with his industry knowledge. Leelynn is a Mitigation Manager for SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing five years of experience in restoration and three years in construction. Her well-rounded background gives her a strong understanding of both the mitigation process and the structural side of projects.

She began her career as a Restoration Technician and quickly advanced into a leadership role, demonstrating her drive, skill, and commitment to excellence. Leelynn holds multiple IICRC certifications in water, fire, odor, trauma, and carpet cleaning, allowing her to approach each project with knowledge and confidence. Known for being a strong problem-solver and an excellent multitasker, Leelynn thrives in fast-paced environments and believes that nothing is impossible with the right mindset and determination. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, camping, and anything outdoors.

Savannah is the Contents Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, where she leads with compassion, experience, and a deep understanding of the restoration process. Her journey in the industry began unexpectedly in 2018, when she interviewed for a receptionist role but instead stepped into the field as a Contents Technician. With no prior experience, Savannah worked her way up, becoming a lead, then a supervisor, and managing an entire division. She holds 10 IICRC certifications, including a Journeyman in Textile Cleaning and a Master in Fire & Smoke Restoration. Savannah thrives on helping families navigate disaster recovery's emotional and logistical challenges, from minor water damage to major losses. Her empathy, attention to detail, and leadership make her invaluable to the Team Toft family.

Shawn is a Commercial Accounts Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, with over 20 years in sales, business development, project management, and customer service. By listening to client issues and needs, he can directly impact their satisfaction. Having developed property management relationships throughout the community, Shawn provides great insight into the expansion of the greater Omaha area.

Jesse is a Senior Restoration Manager with SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing a diverse background and a high level of expertise to the team. With more than eight years of experience spanning the automotive industry as well as commercial and residential restoration, Jesse offers a well-rounded perspective and strong problem-solving skills on every project. He holds a Double Master certification through the IICRC in both Fire and Smoke Restoration and Water Damage Restoration, demonstrating advanced knowledge and a commitment to industry excellence. Jesse also has extensive experience managing large-loss projects, where his leadership, organization, and attention to detail are critical in delivering efficient and high-quality results.

Known for his dedication and work ethic, Jesse takes pride in helping customers navigate challenging situations and restoring properties with care and precision. Outside of work, he is passionate about being a father and enjoys traveling, making the most of his time with family whenever possible.

Andre is a Reconstruction Project Manager for SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing over 8 years of experience in the restoration industry across both residential and commercial losses. He is highly trained and certified, holding six IICRC certifications, including Trauma and Crime Scene Cleanup, Applied Structural Drying, Fire & Smoke Restoration, and Upholstery & Fabric Cleaning. Andre also brings additional technical expertise with certifications in Electrical Trade and Electronic Controls, giving him a strong, well-rounded skill set in both restoration and systems knowledge.

Andre is known for his hands-on approach and ability to stay calm and effective in high-pressure environments. He takes pride in his attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to delivering quality results on every project. His work ethic and leadership help ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to SERVPRO Team Toft standards.

Colton is a Project Manager for SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing more than 4 years of experience in both residential and commercial restoration. He has also worked on large loss projects, gaining valuable experience in managing complex, fast-moving mitigation efforts. Colton takes pride in maintaining high job standards and delivering consistent, quality results on every project he oversees. He is known for his straightforward communication style and his ability to guide homeowners through the mitigation process with clarity and confidence during difficult situations. Colton’s dedication and work ethic have allowed him to grow quickly within the company, advancing from Technician to Project Manager in just a year and a half.

Daniel serves as the Reconstruction Operations Manager at SERVPRO Team Toft, bringing 26 years of experience in the restoration industry. He previously owned and operated his own company, where he specialized in large-scale commercial projects, including schools and hospitals. Daniel is also a retired K9 officer, adding a unique layer of discipline and leadership to his role. Originally from Oklahoma, he relocated three years ago and has since become an integral part of the team. Outside of work, Daniel enjoys golfing, biking, and fishing, and is deeply family-oriented, valuing time spent with his loved ones.
