It was 11 pm when our SERVPRO of Kailua North/ Laie team got a call that an elderly community had flooded. We dispatched immediately. Upon arrival, we found employees footprints through halls and rooms from carefully assisting the elderly to safer areas. Our team worked through the night extracting mud, using drying equipment and sanitizing the community. Storms are overwhelming for anyone, but we knew we had to restore the property as soon as possible since elderly residents would be particularly uncomfortable by being displaced from their homes.
After considerable restoration, residents were able to return to their home quickly, and our team felt grateful to be a part of rebuilding the community.

Andy brings more than twenty years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial construction, giving the franchise a strong foundation in project management and rebuilding. Glenna’s expertise in sales and customer service provides the perfect balance, ensuring that every client receives both high-quality workmanship and compassionate support. Together, their general contractor license allows them to oversee every stage of a project—from initial cleanup and restoration through to complete rebuilding services.
