We can't say enough about the care SERVPRO showed us during the most traumatic and devastating time in our lives. We are incredibly grateful for the compassion they showed our family after we lost our home and four cars in a fire. During such an overwhelming and emotional time, their team went above and beyond to help us through the process. Everyone was personable, empathetic, helpful, and efficient, and their communication was excellent from start to finish. They took great care with the items we hoped could be saved and treated them with so much respect. When everything was ready, they delivered our belongings to our rental home in clearly marked boxes, making it so much easier for us to begin finding and using the things we needed. They even separated my daughter's items so that she could find her things to take to her new rental unit. What meant the most to us was the time and care they took to save some of my grandmother's pieces—some of the only sentimental items we have left. Those items are truly irreplaceable, and I will always be grateful for the effort they made to preserve them. Heather kept me updated during each step of the process and even sent me pictures along the way.
