  • Michelle A. - Finance Operations Manager, team member at SERVPRO of Southwest Cobb

Michelle A. - Finance Operations Manager

At SERVPRO of Southwest Cobb, Michelle wears two important hats—Finance Operations Manager and Accounting Manager—and she excels in both. With over twenty years of experience in accounting and business management, she quickly became a cornerstone of the company. Her dedication, accuracy, and financial leadership have made her an invaluable teammate and a trusted guardian of SERVPRO’s financial health.

When she isn’t balancing books or keeping operations on track, Michelle is busy enjoying life with her family. She and her husband love spending weekends at the ballfield watching their son play baseball and catching Braves games whenever they can. Their home is always buzzing with activity thanks to their beloved pets: three dogs, a hamster, a turtle, and a fish.

And if you live in Cobb County, there’s a good chance you already know Michelle for another reason—her legendary Christmas lights display. Each year, she transforms her home into one of the most talked-about holiday shows in the Atlanta area, drawing visitors with its bright, cheerful magic. When she finally gets a moment to slow down, you’ll find her relaxing with an episode (or two) of "Criminal Minds."

  • Matt Bridges - Human Resources Manager, team member at SERVPRO of Southwest Cobb

Matt Bridges - Human Resources Manager

Matt’s 10-year career with SERVPRO of Southwest Cobb is a story of growth, curiosity, and finding the perfect fit. He began on the Sales & Marketing team, quickly earning a reputation for building relationships and stepping up as a leader. But it was in Human Resources that Matt truly found his niche. Now serving as our HR Manager, he uses his background in logistics, e-commerce, and technology to guide teams, solve problems, and foster a workplace where people feel supported and valued.

When the workday ends, Matt’s world shifts to the things he loves most—his daughter, his dogs, and the great outdoors. As a proud dad to a 12-year-old girl, he centers his life around quality time with her. At home, he shares his space with Willow, his big, fluffy Great Pyrenees, and Blue, a lovable rescue who never turns down a cuddle. Matt stays active through hiking, enjoys cooking and grilling for family and friends, loves hunting, and never hesitates to dive into a new tech or DIY project.

Both at SERVPRO and at home, Matt brings passion, positivity, and heart to everything he does.

    Dustin Williams - Mitigation Operations

Dustin’s story with SERVPRO of Southwest Cobb is a true example of hard work paying off. When he first joined the team, he had only the basics under his belt—but his determination, curiosity, and willingness to learn quickly set him apart. He’s open about the fact that every long shift, emergency call, and problem solved is inspired by the love he has for his wife and their three children. When he’s off the clock, he enjoys the simple joys of life—firing up the grill, watching Braves baseball with his kids, or fishing on the water with his wife. He also never shies away from a good day of yard work or tackling a new project around the house. To Dustin, both home and work are places he takes pride in.

What our
customers are saying

We had a flooded finished basement. Ken, our Construction Manager, was excellent. Every issue was handled to our satisfaction. The office was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company too. Highly recommended.

Jim D
Kennesaw

Thank you to Hugo and Douglas, they came out at 11:15 PM to deal with our flooded basement. That worked throughout the night removing water, moving furniture, ripping up carpet and padding. Our basement has fans and dehumidifiers everywhere to mitigate the damage.

Denise F.
Austell

The crew at SERVPRO was awesome Luis and his crew were in and out of my home in a timely manner and returned it back to the state it was before the damage. I am very happy that they worked with my insurance company and that I was pretty hands off with the exception of picking out the paint and flooring. Very happy for Carl and the entire crew!
