We had a flooded finished basement. Ken, our Construction Manager, was excellent. Every issue was handled to our satisfaction. The office was very helpful in dealing with the insurance company too. Highly recommended.
Thank you to Hugo and Douglas, they came out at 11:15 PM to deal with our flooded basement. That worked throughout the night removing water, moving furniture, ripping up carpet and padding. Our basement has fans and dehumidifiers everywhere to mitigate the damage.
The crew at SERVPRO was awesome Luis and his crew were in and out of my home in a timely manner and returned it back to the state it was before the damage. I am very happy that they worked with my insurance company and that I was pretty hands off with the exception of picking out the paint and flooring. Very happy for Carl and the entire crew!
