I called Servpro because of a recommendation I had received from a previous client of theirs. I can’t say enough good things about how they handled my house. We were displaced from our home because of extreme water damage and mold. Servpro stopped the loss, moved all my belongings from inside the house, cleaned and sanitized my house, and moved everything back to my house once the contractor was done. Corey, Mel, and the rest of the crew were amazing. Thank you for helping getting us back in our home before Christmas.

Thank you to Corey C for getting us set up to get our carpet cleaned by Servpro. He let us know when they would arrive & what to expect. He gave us professional & excellent cusomer service. Servpro cleaned our carpet today. Excellent cleaning, Prompt, friendly, answered all our questions. They also do all types of restorations. I would highly recommend them for any type clean up job. As of Novemeber 2022, SERVPRO of Rome is under new management - our owners Chris and Jenny Lamey currently own 3 other franchises located in Alabama; we have a Team that is trained and cerrtified in ensuring work is done properly. It is our goal to serve our community as we have our other communities, building our brand and reputaution.
